PsycheSpiritual Care for Journeying, Living and Dying Well

"The longer I live, the more deeply I learn that love
- whether we call it friendship or family or romance
- is the work of mirroring and magnifying each other's light."

- James Baldwin

Integrated Healing Arts

Benefits of healing arts interventions can include a relaxation response; a fulfilling and expansive sense of connection and unity; moments of insight; refreshed cognizance. With different intentions clients may experience relief from symptoms of pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, nausea, constipation, and exhaustion. I work with individuals or the entire care team to optimize embodied well-being during medical treatment, comfort-care protocols, or psychedelic integration.

Heart-centered ancient wisdom, energy therapy, sound healing, aromatherapy, breathwork, and specialized techniques stimulate feeling relaxed, expanded, and energized, especially at end-of-life.

Integrated Healing Arts is much-requested support for those in pain, with terminal illness, and the dying––as well as for their personal and professional carers.

Spiritual Well-Being

No matter what challenges we are facing in our lives, we enjoy much healthier spiritual well-being and resourcefulness when we feel better in body-mind-spirit.

Relief from Symptoms

Benefits of healing arts interventions can be relief from symptoms of pain, anxiety, insomnia, nausea, constipation, and exhaustion; moments of insight; refreshed cognizance; a relaxation response, or a fulfilling and expansive sense of connection and unity.

How It Happens: Attention, Intention, Embodiment

I invoke sacred space and collaborate with my client(s) to set intentions relevant to the aging, illness, dying , or psychedelic journey experience my clients are engaged with. To alleviate symptoms and enhance well-being, I draw from ancient to modern wisdom teachings through breathwork, healing touch, essential oils, sound, somatic movement, arts expression, yoga (Yin & Restorative), meditation, bedside singing, and prayer.

We explore embodiment through the model of the Five Koshas (Levels). We give voice to that aspect of self crying out to be heard and healed, and open to the experience of unity and bliss.
