About Your Therapist/Guide

I am a VITAL PSYCHEDELIC TRAINING educated psychedelic integration therapist, holistic clinical spiritual care provider, clinical chaplain, ordained interfaith minister, certified soul midwife, and certified yoga therapist with an emphasis on breath, meditation, and somatic work.

I am deeply grateful that as an outcome of growing through my own fear of death, eating disorders, and addictions over decades of inner work, phenomenal psychotherapy, education, ritual, and integrated psychedelic-assisted experiences, I serve select clients as a psychedelic coach, as a partnering guide and facilitator for their own healing, psychospiritual growth, and expanded creativity.

  • I have extensive experience journeying myself with many different plant medicines
  • I have several years of experience professionally supporting others on their spiritual and emotional growth through illness, dying, and psychedelic journeys
  • I have extensive formal training specifically in Psychedelic Integration and Therapy and a framework to use when engaging with these powerful medicines
  • I also bring my decades of experience as a clinical chaplain, certified yoga therapist and energy therapist into the sacred mix
  • I am fully dedicated to my own ongoing spiritual growth and healing process so that I can show up fully for MY clients

If you’re interested in connecting with me directly to learn more about my background and qualifications, I encourage you to book a consultation.

Who are Psychedelic Integration Services for?

It is for people who seek some kind of healing and/or growth through intentional psychedelic use. Many feel stuck and are motivated to do whatever it takes to change. Some are curious about what lies beyond the veil of perception and are interested in deepening their spiritual practices. I have worked with clients who are looking to address: spiritual exploration and growth, clarity of purpose, removal of creative blocks, discernment of life’s purpose, anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, personal growth, and more. If you’re curious whether I can help, we encourage you to book a consultation with me.

What is included in your 1:1 program?

Each 1-on-1 Transpersonal Inner Work Journey program includes:

  • Health intake and assessment
  • 2x 1-hour preparation sessions via Zoom
  • 6-8 hours in-person sitting with you as witness
  • 2x 1-hour integration sessions via Zoom
  • Text and email support throughout the program
  • Preparation, Integration PDF guides

My 1-on-1 ceremonial program was specifically created to include all of the essential elements for transformational change, while ensuring that you’re supported at each step along the way. You can also add additional sessions to your program as desired. If you’re interested in creating a custom program, please contact me.

How many inner journeys does it take?

Approach this work one sacred journey at a time. The most important thing is approaching each journey with care and reverence. Fully immersing yourself into the preparation and integration process is what allows you to maximize the value and impact of a single journey. Many clients do elect to come back for additional journeys anywhere from 1 to 12+ months after their last journey. Several choose to experience journeys seasonally. It’s important to recognize that healing is a lifelong journey and each inner dive brings us closer and closer to our unique essence. YOU are doing the inner work with the aid of psychedelics. It is psychedelic-assisted.

How does scheduling work?

I typically book about 1-2 months out. This allows time for preparation, which is an essential part of the process. If you’re interested in booking a 1:1 Inner Journey with me, the next step is to schedule a consultation with me.

How old do I have to be to partake in your program?

All participants must be at least 18 years of age. I am unable to work with minors.

Is there an upper age limit?

No; however, I do take into consideration certain health factors and conditions. The primary health considerations with older clients are cardiac related or respiratory related issues, and blood pressure.

Can you work with my psychotherapist?

Yes, I particularly like working in tandem with your therapist (provided both you and the therapist are open to it). Typically this means the therapist is involved with the preparation and integration work while the guide would facilitate the actual plant medicine ceremony. My Psychedelic Integration Therapy is limited to the content arising from your psychedelic experience, your responses and meaning-making to enhance your ability to bring positive change into your daily life. Biographical narratives and psychological mental health are within the scope of the psychotherapist.

What about a bad trip?

There is no bad trip. However, you may experience temporary discomfort in facing aspects of yourself that arise for awareness and healing. These challenging experiences are what expand our comfort zone and ultimately provide us with increased strength and confidence in our ability to resource from within.

“Remember, whatever scary entities or things you encounter during your psychedelic experience, are not there to torment, but to teach, face them and learn what you must."
— William Richards

Some discomfort is common in psychedelics because you are not in control of what comes up, which often results in facing your fears and confronting the shadow aspects of yourself head on. It’s safe to assume that anything you’ve repressed over the years will come bubbling up to the surface. The key here is understanding that people through all time have engaged with ceremonial plant medicine experience, not because because it’s fun, but because it’s rewarding.

That’s why I emphasize the importance of pre-trip preparation and having a facilitator present for the duration of the experience. I hold a safe, non-judgemental space for you—reassuring you that you are not alone, and that the discomfort is temporary.

Can you guarantee that I have a mind-blowing, meaningful, mystical experience?

No. Each experience is entirely unique to you and your intentions. This is only possible because of the innate intelligence of the psilocybin containing mushrooms. In other words, I can guarantee that you’ll have a rewarding experience that is custom tailored to you and your unique needs–I just don’t know exactly how that will manifest. In a plant medicine ceremony, you get what you need, not what you think you need. Whatever transpires, I will be dedicated to you to foster a safe, non-judgmental, supportive presence for whatever spontaneously arises in the experience.

What are your success rates?

Most clients get some sort of benefit out of their journey. The largest effect on this treatment’s success is you. The impact of your healing is in direct proportion to the amount of inner work that you’re willing to do. Although these statistics aren’t directly tied to our program, several studies indicate success rates of psychedelic assisted therapy ranging from 65.8% to 72%.

Location

Where are you located?

I am located in the Catskills of beautiful Hudson Valley of New York State, two hours north of New York City and one hour south of Albany. Most sessions for consulting take pace via video conference. 1:1 Inner Journey’s take place here, I can travel to you, or we can arrange a mutually beneficial location.

Where do the ceremonies take place?

The Inner Journey takes place in private residences. Many clients come to me or elect to do the sessions in their own home; however, they can also be done in a rented residence. The most important considerations when choosing a suitable location is that the space is private, safe, and comfortable.

Are the sessions done in person or remotely?

The preparation and integration sessions are done remotely via Zoom, but the 1:1 Inner Journey itself is always done in-person. There is no substitute for the in-person presence and support of an experienced facilitator.

Psychedelic Medicine

Which medicines do you work with?

I work primarily with clients who are electing to sit with psilocybin, also known as magic mushrooms. I can accommodate certain other medicines, including MDMA, 5_MEO DMT, Cannabis, Peyote, Mescaline. If you have a specific question, feel free to contact me.

Can you help me with sourcing?

No, unfortunately I am not able to help with sourcing given the current legal landscape. You are responsible for sourcing your own psychedelic medicine. Most of my clients order from an online retailer, grow their own, or source using their network. Regardless of how you come into contact with the medicine, please do it safely.

Does it matter what strain of mushrooms I use?

While there are differences in effects and potency from strain to strain, the most important thing is that you are consuming psilocybe cubensis (the primary species of psilocybin containing mushrooms). However, it is beneficial if you know the strain you’re getting as this will help inform dosage. Many clients choose to sit with Golden Teachers or a similar strain.

What kind of dosage do you suggest?

Dosage is specific to each client and intention. However, most of our clients elect to work with us because they are seeking professional support during a high-dose intentional journey. This means most journeyers are sitting with anywhere from 3-10+ grams of psilocybin containing mushrooms.

Can I continue taking my prescription medications?

I require that my clients are free of any medications that impact the serotonin receptors (these are the same receptors targeted by psilocybin and other psychedelics). This is important because these medications have the potential to mute or entirely negate the psychedelic experience altogether. In general, it is preferable for you to be as clean and clear as possible heading into a psychedelic journey. This means cutting out or reducing the intake of medications for pain, sleep, ADHD, anxiety, and depression well in advance of the journey to make sure it is out of your system.. If you’re curious whether your medication is allowed, we encourage you to contact us.

Pricing

How much does your program cost?

I am committed to making psychedelic therapy available to as many people as possible. That’s why I offer income-based pricing tiers ranging from $1,500 to $4,000+. Higher priced tiers directly offset the financial hurdles for lower tier categories and specialized programs, so that everyone has access to psychedelic healing. To learn more, check out my pricing page.

How does pricing work for groups?

I use a tiered pricing structure, with costs of our program ranging from $1,500 to $4,000+ for each individual depending on the person’s total household income. If you have a group of two or more, there is a bundled pricing discount (on average 25% for each person) which is finalized by your facilitator depending on date, time, and location.

Do you offer a discount to repeat clients?

Yes, clients who return for future ceremonies will receive a 25% discount on program costs.
